OUR VISION
Our vision is:
(1) BELONG: To connect with those who need to belong before believing.
(2) QUESTION: To be a church that encourages people to sort through their questions with freedom.
(3) SHARE: To continually share the life that is given through Jesus Christ in Sioux Falls and around the world.
(4) GROW: To grow as individuals in every way and multiply leaders, small groups, and start new churches.

OUR PURPOSE/MISSION
Our mission is to be a Great Commission
(Matthew 28:18-20 [NRSV]) and Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40 [NRSV]) driven church (Love God, Love People, Serve, Tell & Teach, and Create Community) that multiples itself on every level. We are focused on the Spiritual level of life and not interested in selling "religious goods and services."

WHERE WE STAND IN CHRISTIAN CIRCLES
We are a local Christian congregation. That means we follow the teachings of Jesus Christ as handed down by history and the church at large. In Christian circles we are orthodox, protestant, evangelical, and free will in doctrine and practice.

We are also affiliated with several larger church groups. We are not an independent or non-denominational group. We feel that REAL accountability and relationships within the larger church community are VITAL to a HEALTHY church. Furthermore, we believe in openness (See our
Core Values) in How We Do Church. You don't have to attend for a year before figuring out where we really stand and what we affirm as most important theologically and otherwise. We do not believe in using "non-denominational," "independent," or "multi-denominational" labels to hide or blur our core beliefs and worldview. God is light.

Like 'Liturgical' Churches, we are inspired by the might, majesty and mystery of God the Father.

Like Evangelical Churches, we are encouraged by the friendship, faithfulness and favor that we have as a result of a daily relationship with The Son.

Like Charismatic Churches, we enjoy the passion, presence and power of The Holy Spirit.

IN ESSENTIAL THINGS: UNITY
IN NON-ESSENTIAL: LIBERTY
IN ALL THINGS: LOVE
