We encourage eveyone to be involved in only 2-things at Mercy Church, Sunday worship and a Growth Group (small group).
On Sunday there are ministry teams and needs we ask Christians to help serve on and everyone to be connected through a smaller group in order to grow, build friendships and get real. We challenege one another to be the church in the community the rest of time, engaging in service and recreation. Get Mercy - Give Mercy!

Growth Groups exist as part of our 2-fold simple church model to cause people to BELONG, QUESTION, SHARE & GROW by:
1) Working and Learning to Steward (5 areas) our Health, Talent, Time, Relationships, and Money - based on our Faith in Jesus (Bible, Reason, Tradition and Experience.)
2) Multiply Leadership. It takes more than the pastor to make a church a church!
3) Releasing Creative/Viral Ministry through real Decentralization of ministry in a setting where anyone can share. Large group worship and vision gatherings are geared towards the big picture - Growth groups are about more depth and friendship. These groups are all about living it out/application.

Office Hours
